Missing the Irony

So, at my Chinese lesson tonight, we were learning ways to say things like "Of course!" and "That's totally true."

I had to respond to a sentence that translates as "If you're rich, but you don't have your health, what's the use?" Except more literally in Chinese it says, if your health isn't good, but you have money, how can you use it?

"Uh..." I said, then proceeded in Chinese, "You could buy some medicine, or buy a treadmill..."
