Well, I leave the US Thursday morning and will get back to Taiwan on Friday night, assuming the weather cooperates. We've gone from an ice storm every 2 days to a snow storm almost daily, which is pleasanter. As long as I can fly out of Pittsburgh I should be OK- it's snowing now but it should slow down by morning.
It should be in the low 70s when I get back to Taiwan and near 0 (fahrenheit) here- I won't be too sorry to miss it! I've also discovered being a weatherperson is a really bad job- I keep seeing these reports of like newscasters in Chicago standing outside and saying "It's 20 below zero out here, 50 below with the windchill". Seriously, you could tell me that from inside the studio.
