Delightful Day

I rode a bike for the first time in almost two weeks and it was just lovely. The weather is perfect- high 70s and sunny- and I went with a friend on the bike path and let her set the pace. It was slow, and I didn't care. I couldn't do this everyday, but it was so nice to just ride for fun.
