ah, Taiwan...
yeah, you know what's great? It's 10 at night and I realize I have no bananas for tomorrow morning. And I forgot to pay my electric bill. So in 5 minutes, I walked to the late-night fruit stand, went to 7-11 to pay the bill... all done!

Try doing that in Detroit....or Chicago back in the states. I feel so safe here in Taiwan. Plus everyone is so friendly. I will be going home a week from today and will miss Taiwan while I am away. :-(
